Orders may be placed directly through our order forms where we accept GCash as our payment method for local orders. For customized requests or special inquiries, you may also contact us through Instagram or email.
Can customized items be returned or exchanged?
Because most items are personalized or made-to-order, returns, exchanges, or redesign requests may be limited unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once a customized design has been confirmed and approved, we are unable to accommodate changes or redo requests based on changes of mind or personal preference afterward.
