Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

Customization requests must be submitted at the time of order. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting — we are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect on our end. Production time for custom orders is 5–10 business days.
